We are ready for an Easter Event at VCRM and are excited to bring Children’s Author, Chantay Brown and Agape Youth Mime.

Author Chantay E. Brown will be in character reading her heart warming tale, The Princess and the Egg Shaped Diamond.

In true Project Joy spirit, youth will give back to youth thru the empowering and dynamic artistry of Ventura Agape Youth Mime Team, who range in ages from 6-18 years old. They will be sharing their talents with the children. This will be egg-citing for sure! The mission also has some special treats in the works.

Valentine 2015 at VCRM!

Valentine's Day 2015 was special for the children and families in need of resources at Ventura County Rescue Mission. We distributed over 125 goodie bags and adorable hand made Valentine cards from our youth volunteers. There was no shortage of smiles from the children!

BIG THANK YOU to Suzanne West for welcoming us back for year 2! We love the wonderful work VCRM does for the community and families in need of resources.
